We offer a 14-day return period for all items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure all footwear is tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any damage to the signature Filling Pieces soles.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items back in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at a designated carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our team inspects the goods.
